Ministry of Beer are located in Rosedale on the outskirts of the Barossa Valley. Growing their own hops allows for them to experiment with styles and hop flavours for each batch. Small batches keep everything fresh, as it should be. Any Beer and BBQ Festival attendees from the past few years will know that sours beer are their game and very few, if any, come close to them in South Australia with this style.
