Gin has had a resurgence in Australia over the past 4-5 years and South Australia is producing some of the best there is to offer. It is a general rule that you will have to fork out a little more for gin produced in small quantities in Australia but we think the options provided below present excellent value for money and a great way to enjoy a greater range of different flavours, no matter how you serve it up.
As always with quality gin, try it neat, then add some ice, then if required add a small amount of a quality soda or tonic end enjoy.
